Kanto no. 097 Hypno

I really like Hypno! Just because its a pedophile. Nah, I just like
its design
I was actually who made me like Hypno, her [link] drawing
was really eyeopening for me. Dunno why really.. She has
inspired me a lot as an artist.

Done with colored pencils again!
I really want to get better at coloring with colored pencils. I've
seen a lot of inspiring Poké-fanart with colored pencils lately, so
thats why I do 'em.
